Privacy Policy

RR Automation is a private workflow system used for RR Lighting operations. This policy explains how the system handles data when authorized users connect Google Drive.

Data we access

The system may access Google Drive files and folders needed to locate or create event folders and upload operational photos or videos. It may also read basic technical information required to run and troubleshoot these workflows.

How we use data

Data is used only to provide the requested workflow, organize uploaded media, maintain service reliability, and investigate errors. We do not sell personal data or use Google user data for advertising.

Storage and security

OAuth credentials are stored in the private automation environment. Access is limited to authorized operators. Operational files remain in the connected Google Drive account and follow that account's retention settings.

Sharing

Data is shared only with service providers required to operate the workflow, such as Google Drive and the privately managed automation infrastructure, or when required by law.

Your choices

You may revoke RR Automation's access at any time from your Google Account connections page. You may also delete files directly from Google Drive. For privacy questions, contact the support address shown on the Google consent screen.

Changes

We may update this policy when the workflow or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
