Terms of Service

Effective September 6, 2026

RR Automation is provided for authorized RR Lighting personnel and approved collaborators. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

Permitted use

Use the service only for approved business workflows. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, disrupt the service, or process content you are not authorized to handle.

Google Drive access

When you authorize Google Drive access, RR Automation may locate and create folders and upload, read, or manage files as required by the workflow. You remain responsible for the content and permissions of the connected account.

Availability

The service is provided on an operational basis and may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or because of third-party service interruptions. We aim to restore affected workflows promptly.

Access and termination

Access may be restricted or removed when authorization ends, these terms are violated, or the service is discontinued. You may stop using the service and revoke Google access at any time.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
